Saeco ceramic flat burrs. Used in Incanto Rondo, Sirius and Deluxe models. Also for new generation models Odea, Talea, Primea, and Gaggia Platinum models. The burr is harder than steel but operated by a plastic gear which does not last long. Make sure espresso beans used are free from any metal or stone pieces.
