Used for all Saeco semi-automatic pump models. Also use for LaPavoni models Pisa, Club Combo, PL-16. Allows manual pre-infusion for better extraction of espresso. For best results use coarser grind (like table salt grain). Level coffee in the filter cup (no tamping). Lock it in the group and hold pulled all the way to the right. Turn water switch on. Release handle after 6-8 seconds. Collect 2 oz. espresso in the cup. For larger Americana, add hot water from the same machine. Sold with a gray Saeco coffee measuring spoon.
