4th gear shaft for Bunn Ultra and CDS gear motor. To install the gear shaft, mark the exact position of the gear flange on the old shaft, Using a Vice jay, gently hammer vertical strikes on the old shaft to slide the old gear flange free from the shaft. Please avoid careless non vertical strkes on the shaft in a hurry. This will damage the slip lock knurls in the flange Insert the new shaft through the old gear flange. Seat the new shaft in the flange with gentle vertical strikes until the fkange is at the marked location on the shaft, in the slip locking knurled area on the shaft. For installation of this sgaft, the front and rear bearings must be replaced for longer life.
