O-ring 02025, sold as set of four with 30 gm. tube of food grade lube. Dimensions: ID=6 mm; OD=10 mm; Cross section=2 mm. The purchase is final whether the item is used or not. No returns or refunds are accepted.

This O-ring is used as seal for all three wy group solenoids in commercial machines Astoria, Rancilio, Expobar, Fiorenzato, Faema, Cimbali, Nuova Simonelli and others.

Used also as Saeco #140321462; #NM02.007; #NM01.004; #NM03018, Spidem and Gaggia (DM0041/088) espresso machines.

Also used in Ugolini #22040.00000; Caddy 5/2; 7/1; 10/1; 10/2 Arctic Compact, Arctic Compact Deluxe juice dispensers.

Remove the old O-rings carefully and clean the space for new O-ring. Do not use pointed or sharp tools. Apply a thin film of food grade lube (included with the O-rings) to insert smoothly.

1- Descale the machine every two or three months, for optimum water temperature and full jet of steam. Regular descaling helps to eliminate 70% of malfunctions and extends the life of the machine. It is the single most important maintenance for all espresso machines. Cleancaf, Cafiza, Joe Glow, Brew Rite, Pulycaff are products sold as descaler but they contain only Baking soda which is totally ineffective. Automated electronic descaling does not clean espresso side of the machine.

Use of Vinegar, R.O water or Distilled water does not eliminate descaling. It damages the boiler wall and gaskets.

2- Avoid using dark roast oily beans. Oily beans and fine powdery grind setting makes over extracted coffee and clogs coffee grinder, cause malfunctions and damage to grinder. Strong Coffee is made with less water (2-Oz or less).

3- Do not refrigerate beans. They absorb moisture and clog and rust the grinder burrs. Clean coffee grinder (Built in or stand alone) every three months.

4- Lubricate Brew group every month (Automatic models only), for smooth and quiet working.  Click Here for instructions.

5- Calibrate the quality of espresso every day by making espresso in a Shot glass. A shot glass limits the coffee size and allows visual check of espresso quality, showing the color of espresso and the thickness of Crema.
