Shipments to addresses outside of USA require additional shipping charges. Orders will be on hold until additional shipping charges are paid.

Credit card information can also be e-mailed by splitting the details in three separate e-mails:
1st e-mail with 12 digits of the card
2nd e-mail with last four digits and expiration date
3rd e-mail with name of card holder and 3 digit security pin number on the back of the card.
