Saeco pressurized filter holder Gran Crema. This filter holder has a movable distribution cap at the bottom that pushes out when the handled is pulled to the right. See large image. Makes espresso with pre-infusion at 9 Bars pressure for effortless extraction. Do not tamp coffee grounds in the basket. Just level the coffee in the cup and lock it in the group ring. It moves up 1/4" and that is enough compacting. Do not knock the used coffee out. Scoop and flush. Make one last espresso before putting away for use next day.
