Services Unlimited, Inc./Parts Guru reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Under no circumstances payment by American Expresso card will be accepted. Orders placed with incomplete or incorrect information will be subject to 20% re-stocking and shipping charges. Sale of special order items is final and advance payment made towards special order merchandise is not refundable. Damage in shipping or wrong parts received must be notified within three days of receipt. Parts to be returned must be in its original packing complete with related manuals and original materials. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization, via e-mail or Fax. No verbal authorizations are valid. No refunds will be made after 30-days of billing. Credit card payments cannot be charged back.
